Lipson has more than two decades of experience in business operations and insurance, beginning his career as a management consultant working with global corporations to streamline processes and improve business strategies. During that time, he developed a specialty in the insurance industry, leading to roles at two of the largest brokers in the world. But he prefers the one-on-one customer relationship experience that he has today over building organizational models. Lipson states, “I enjoy using my years of large corporate experience to help individual clients, no matter the scale of their needs. I am not just an owner of Mt. Franklin; I am out there every day reviewing policies, having the conversations with my clients and carriers, and supporting my team.”
Lipson holds insurance licenses in multiple states and has achieved the distinguished Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation. In addition to meeting with clients, he has been tapped as a guest speaker for undergraduate business courses at different universities in the region, lectures about insurance to local organizations, and is an advocate for growing insurance education in El Paso.
